Maxflex™team independently develops customized processing equipment. The production environment is a 100K-level clean room, with an ISO 13485:2016 certification and a GMP quality management system. It strictly controls various production details and preserves complete manufacturing records. The thickness tolerance of the sheet is controlled at less than 3%. In addition, a new type of double-layer supercritical fluid foaming process made of a medical-grade dental plaque elastomer sheet can allow bruxism patients to reduce tooth damage.
